How to Reboot Your WildBlue Modem
After some service outages, subscribers may have to reboot their modems to regain connectivity. The following are instructions on what you should do:
- Check to make sure the power light on the modem is solid green.
- If so, please disconnect the power from modem at the power source(Example: wall outlet). Please do not disconnect the power at the back of the modem.
- Please leave the power off for five minutes.
- After five minutes, reconnect the power at the power source.
- You are ready to begin browsing again when the lights for power(top light), receive(second light from top) and network(fourth light from top) are solid. This may take a few minutes.
- If you cannot connect, please follow these steps again.
